Owner-operated marketing

Your website and your marketing, run by you.

Vitreon writes the posts, checks them against your own rules, and puts a short queue in front of you each day. Nothing reaches the public until you say so.

Built for businesses that sell in person — a tailor, a clinic, a studio — where the owner is the brand and there is no marketing department.

An example — not a real business

It drafts. You approve. It posts.

One decision, three buttons. The sentence at the top is why — not what. You are judging the reasoning, not proofreading a caption.

Wedding orders cluster in the weeks before the date, not the season everyone assumes — so groom content should start now, not later.

I made the change you asked for, but the audience panel rated it weak. The call is still yours.

The right time to be measured for a wedding suit is four months out. Cloth, three fittings, and the final touches — unhurried.

How it works

It drafts. You approve. It posts.

01

It reads your own numbers

Not the internet, and not a trend report — your orders, your seasons, your repeat customers. Every proposal carries the figure it came from, so you can disagree with it.

02

It checks itself before you see it

Your hard rules run first and they are absolute — no customer names, no invented claims, no discount language if you do not discount. Then your brand voice. Then a panel of your actual customer types scores it out of ten.

03

You get a short queue, not a dashboard

Two minutes on a phone. Approve, ask for a change in your own words, or leave it for later. If the queue is ever long, something is wrong with the rules — not with your morning.

04

Then it goes out, and it tells you

Approved posts publish on schedule and appear on one screen with what happened to each. If a send fails halfway and we cannot tell whether it posted, we stop and ask you rather than risk posting twice.

The part nobody demos

What stops it embarrassing you.

Anything can generate a caption. The work is in refusing to publish the wrong one — and in admitting when its own draft is not good enough.

Your rules are not suggestions

They are checked in code before a model is ever asked for an opinion, and a blocked draft is logged with the rule that stopped it.

A customer name can never appear

Checked against your actual customer list, not a word filter. Your client list is not training data and is never sent to a model.

It says when it is unsure

A weak draft arrives labelled weak, with the score attached. It is allowed to hand you a decision it could not make.

Nothing publishes without a person

Not a policy — a constraint in the database. A post with no recorded human approval cannot reach the published state at all.

What you own

You own it. We just built it.

This is delivered, not rented back to you. If you stop working with us, you are not left holding an empty login.

Billing

You pay the providers directly.

We charge for the platform. What the AI and the ad networks cost, you pay them for — at cost, on your own card, in your own account. We take no cut and no markup, so there is nothing for us to inflate.

Every proposal shows what it cost to produce before you approve it, and you set a monthly ceiling that the engine will not cross.

Handover

Three weeks, then it is yours.

Week 1

We learn the business

Your brand rules, your voice, your customer types, your real numbers. Written down and shown to you, because everything the engine does later rests on it.

Week 2

We build and migrate

Your site, your data, your accounts connected. Your existing orders and customers come across — nothing is retyped.

Week 3

You take it over

One session, in your shop, on your phone. You approve the first real post yourself before we leave.

Talk to us about your business.

The fastest way to judge this is a short walkthrough: we show you the queue, the rules that check every draft before you ever see it, and what happens when one fails.
